Eu fiz uma entrevista com o RH e depois com um gestor. A entrevista com o RH foi mais comportamental, e a com o gestor foi um pouco mais técnica. Ambas foram bem tranquilas. Também teve uma parte onde eu precisei me apresentar com um power point e tivemos algumas dinâmicas de grupo.

I went to a selection process, but when I arrived, they changed my role to one in budgets that I didn't identify with. So I dropped out because I went there to work with project creation, not budgets. I also found the selection process very bureaucratic and confusing.

1st stage was with recruiters, they asked about my past experiences. 2nd stage was with the area coordinator, they asked about how I would solve certain problems in structured operations, such as the calculation memory for a CRI. 3rd stage was with the area manager, I had to present the structured operations area and explain why I wanted to join Tenda.
