The interview process was pretty standard. First, I spoke with a recruiter, then with some sales team members. The questions were typical, and there was a mock call at the end. Compared to other SaaS companies I interviewed with, this one felt very corporate and stiff. Their sales approach seems to be about showing empathy but often comes across as too salesy with discount offers at the end. It felt less about helping people reach their goals and more about just closing the sale, which reminded me of a car dealer. It was a good process, but the company wasn't the right fit, so I dropped out after the final interview.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process felt like a waste of time due to its length and disorganization. It began with two phone interviews: one with the recruiter, who was late, and another with the sales manager. This was followed by an in-person interview with three experienced employees. The in-person part was disorganized and included questions about integrity, handling objections, and personal goals. The final part of the in-person interview required selling a cell phone twice to management. I was initially told I did well selling the product. However, despite being asked about starting in September, I didn't hear back by mid-August. After multiple attempts to contact the recruiter, I found out via email (three days after leaving a voicemail) that I was no longer being considered. The overall hiring process seemed poorly managed, and the office environment resembled a call center.

The initial HR contact might take a while. The first interview is usually a couple of hours long and involves meeting about five people on the same day. You'll typically get to sit in on some calls with a current rep. The existing team members are really helpful and friendly. If there's a second interview, it's usually a panel with higher-ups or a video call with executives located in Waltham, MA.
