First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Constant Contact.
Intern
I had a phone screen where they asked me typical interview questions to see if I understood basic algorithms and data structures. They also asked me about a bunch of technologies they use, but it was fine that I didn't know them.

Intern
I went to the company's booth at my college career fair, gave them my resume, and after a few weeks of waiting, I got an email. I sent them my availability for a phone interview with a team lead. After the phone interview, they invited me to a Skype interview with the team members. Then, the recruiter called and offered me the job.
- What is the difference between an abstract class and an interface?
Intern
Got referred by an employee which led to a phone screen with HR, then another phone screen with the hiring manager. After that, we did an onsite interview with the hiring manager and some other folks from their department. The process was pretty simple and they were really good about communicating. I honestly didn't think much about how organized and clear it was at the time, but thinking about how other companies do things, CTCT really has a solid system.
