First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Constant Contact.
Customer Service Representative
The interview was pretty relaxed and not stressful. They explained the job really clearly, but it turned out not to be the right match for me. I would have needed to travel for training, and at that point, I wasn't prepared for that.
- Would you be able to travel?
Customer Service Representative
Started with a phone interview with a Recruiter where they just asked basic questions and reviewed my work history. A few days later, I went to their office. First, I observed a team member, then I interviewed with two leads. They seemed uninterested and talked down to me the whole time, making it clear I wasn't a top choice. I was dressed business formal while one interviewer was in shorts and flip flops, which was embarrassing. My opinion of the company soured quickly. The only good thing was they didn't ghost me and gave me a 'no' the next day.
- Can you tell me about the web-based applications you are skilled with?
Customer Support Specialist
I had a phone screen first. Then, I had an onsite interview. During the onsite, I got to listen to calls with a current employee and the interview was with two current supervisors. I also received a tour of the site to see the facility and environment. They have free drinks and some recreation like foosball, bikes, basketball, and ping pong.
- Describe a situation where you exceeded expectations to help a customer.
