The interview process included a phone interview first, then an on-site interview. The interview was pretty easy. The questions were a mix of behavioral, technical (math, coding, brainteaser, etc.). It's good to know why you want to work at this firm.

It was a pretty standard interview. First, there was a round with probability questions and brain teasers, including one about the expected value of a dice game. They also asked some fit questions about why I was interested in trading and my career aspirations. There was also an IQ test as part of the onsite. Overall, no major surprises.

Applied online and got a phone screen. Then had an on-campus interview with a recruiter. After that, I took an online timed test with problem-solving questions. Finally, I had an on-site interview which included a 1:1 problem-solving session and a group interview. The group interview focused on my interest in financial markets and trading.
- Do you understand probability, game theory, and recursion?
