The entire interview process was really great, and the people conducting the interviews were both professional and kind, making me feel at ease throughout. Even though I didn't get the job in the end, I can only say good things about how they handled the recruitment.

Met all the managers and the founder. It was a quick process. They made me feel very welcome and gave me great insight into the company and the plans for the future. It was professional yet personable.

Behavioral Other

First, I had a phone chat with the recruiter, which was nice. We talked about my experience, and it went well. Then I was invited to meet the team, which included two people, one from the UK and one from the US. That also seemed to go fine, and I was asked to come back to meet the boss for the last stage. Honestly, this was the worst interview ever. Three people liked me and said they wanted me, but then the boss was really rude, saying he only had 20 minutes and I couldn't offer his business anything. He talked to me terribly. His excuse was that he's tough on people to see if they can handle a hard job, which I thought was ridiculous. After he left, someone told me he's always like that and his decisions often get overruled because most of the team wanted me. I was told I'd hear back in a few days, but it took four days to get an email saying I was rejected. Even if I wasn't a good fit, they should have shown more respect and called me. It was a shocking experience and really showed me why the recruitment industry gets a bad rap.
