First, I had this long online test that took about an hour to an hour and a half, all about competency questions. Then, there was a screening interview with HR. After that, I didn't hear anything back, which was a bummer.

It took over two months for me to get an interview call. The interviews themselves were really good and went all the way to the final round. But then, I never heard back from them and they just ghosted me instead of sending a simple regret email. Conservation International really needs to step up and provide feedback to the candidates they interview.

The process was friendly, it started with an hour long phone interview and later on a panel interview with five panelists. They were looking for a specific kind of candidate and felt like they had somebody in mind due to their rigidity.
