First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Conservation International.
Intern
I received an email for an interview along with some questions. After I replied, I waited more than a week. I sent a follow-up email but never got a response and was ghosted.
- What is your availability to start?
Intern
I applied for an internship at the Moore Center for Science and went through a pretty straightforward process. I had a video call with the person I'd be reporting to, which lasted about 25-30 minutes. A few days after that, they asked for references, and then I got an offer pretty quickly. It was a simple and nice experience overall.
- Could you describe your experience using GIS software?
- What are your post-graduation plans?
Intern
It was a professional interview where I had to talk about myself, my interest in the internship, and answer questions related to the role. The interviewers were encouraging, and it was nice to meet people passionate about conservation.
- Can you tell me about your knowledge regarding this internship?
