First I was contacted by a recruiter, then there were four more interviews. The recruiter did a standard screening call to see if my background fit the role. Then I had a conversation with the hiring manager who was very welcoming and we talked in depth about my background and ConsenSys, and why the role is needed and what they expect from a candidate. After that, I spoke with a peer colleague from the Product team about how we work together. Then I spoke with another peer colleague, also from the Product team, again about how we work together. Finally, I had a discussion with HR about negotiation.

Behavioral Technical

The first step is a recruiter call to talk about your background and see if you're a fit. Then, a hiring manager call to dive deeper into your skills, motivation, and career goals. After that, if you do well, there's a technical call with engineering to check your tech skills. Since ConsenSys is values-driven, you'll also have a values review to see how your personal values align with the company's. Finally, if you pass all those, you get an offer call from the hiring manager to discuss the offer and ask any last questions. This is a general idea of the process.

Presentation Behavioral

I had an initial recruiter interview, then got a take-home assignment that I spent a full week on, researching and making a presentation. About 10 days later, I got an automated rejection, and when I asked the recruiter for feedback, I never heard back. It felt like they didn't care about the time I put in.
