The interview process was really fun and engaging. They didn't ask the usual interview questions; they made me think. It started with a role-play, followed by a net interview, and then a store manager assessment, even though I was applying for an assistant manager role. They used creative exercises and assessments to really gauge my knowledge. The environment was very formal and professional, and the interview took place at a corporate office, not a retail location.

The process was pretty simple. You apply and then take a video interview. After that, there's a face-to-face interview. It was a pretty easy-going interview, not intense at all. The salary they offer is insulting though, with no room for negotiation. You can make more money working fast food than they offer their store managers. They'll never get quality people being so cheap!
