Account Manager
Had two HR calls then an interview with three members of the sales team. Interview went really well, but they were offended when I asked about employee turnover. One member of the sales team called me a "sausage." Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
- Can you tell me what integrity means to you?
Corporate Account Manager
I applied online and a recruiter reached out via email to set up an initial interview with standard questions. Then, I had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager where we discussed my experience in more detail. After that, I moved to the face-to-face interview, which was about a month later because I had to coordinate a trip since I was relocating from another state. Throughout the whole process, the recruiter and hiring manager were really accommodating, making it smoother than other companies I've interviewed with. After the in-person interview, they let me know they wanted to hire me, and I went through the background and reference checks, and got an offer letter shortly after.
- We reviewed your resume and experience, just a typical interview. It wasn't hard if you're confident in your skills.
Account Manager
It was a pretty formal interview process, but overall it was a pleasant experience. The manager who hired me into his team was great, so I guess the experience can vary based on who interviews you. It was fairly quick. They didn't require much experience at all; in fact, one person in my training class was a high school graduate with no college degree.
- What is your ideal job opportunity?
