I started off with a phone screening. The person that did that was very friendly, informative, and told me the answers to the 'personality' pre quiz that I had to answer. I soon there after, had a very bizarre interview via Teams. The guy that interviewed me was hunched over on his desk that he looked like he was laying down with his face on the desk. He wrote down almost everything I said on a piece of paper. And was basically trying to talk me out of wanting the job. He kept saying how difficult the role would be and just kept drilling me with these odd questions. The recruiter sent me an email before the interview saying i needed to seal the deal by asking for his support. Which by the end of the interview, I no longer wanted to be associated with this company and sent them a letter telling them I was no longer interested. He chewed his nails a lot.

The interview process was tough, but the recruiter and the team were nice. I decided not to continue with the rest of the interviews because I got a better offer. They'll make you do a virtual personality test.

It was a three step process: first a phone screening with the recruiter, then an interview with the manager, and finally a second interview with the area director. The process wasn't too long, and the questions they asked felt realistic. They were consistent and timely with feedback and letting me know about the next steps. I never felt ignored during the process.
