Analyst
I had to keep bugging the recruiter at first to show I was a great fit. My persistence eventually got me several phone interviews with the hiring manager. After that, I was flown to their Florida HQ for an onsite interview and a case study. About 80% of my interviews were virtual, and one person didn't show up, and my case study had to be rescheduled. Even with all that, I stayed on it, and I got a verbal job offer a week later. Then I found out, even though I was the obvious choice, they were actually canceling the role and reposting it as a manager position or higher. So, to sum it up - bad recruiter experience, flew to Florida for under 24 hours to interview via Teams for most of my scheduled interviews, got offered the job, then had the offer rescinded.

Business Development Representative
I went through 3 interviews: first with a recruiter, then the sales director, and finally the senior sales director. The first two chats were chill and went smoothly, but the last one was a bummer. The dude interviewing me was kinda rude and didn't seem to care, cutting me off a lot, making it feel like he'd already decided. Even though I'm totally qualified, they ghosted me after the last round. It felt pretty unprofessional and gave me a bad vibe about the company's management.

Sales Representative
I started off with a phone screening. The person that did that was very friendly, informative, and told me the answers to the 'personality' pre quiz that I had to answer. I soon there after, had a very bizarre interview via Teams. The guy that interviewed me was hunched over on his desk that he looked like he was laying down with his face on the desk. He wrote down almost everything I said on a piece of paper. And was basically trying to talk me out of wanting the job. He kept saying how difficult the role would be and just kept drilling me with these odd questions. The recruiter sent me an email before the interview saying i needed to seal the deal by asking for his support. Which by the end of the interview, I no longer wanted to be associated with this company and sent them a letter telling them I was no longer interested. He chewed his nails a lot.

- What's your approach when doctors are unwilling to speak with you?
Sales Representative
It was a three step process: first a phone screening with the recruiter, then an interview with the manager, and finally a second interview with the area director. The process wasn't too long, and the questions they asked felt realistic. They were consistent and timely with feedback and letting me know about the next steps. I never felt ignored during the process.
