I put in my application on 04/23 and got an email a few days later asking for my availability for an interview. The interview was set for 05/03 and was supposed to be an hour long. I hopped on the Teams call a little early and the interviewer joined shortly after. It ended up being about 40 minutes, and I got offered the job at the very end. Right at the start, they asked me to send over a screenshot of my internet speed test and while I did that, they asked me some quick yes/no questions about my scheduling flexibility and if I'd worked there before. Then came the usual interview questions, like 'Tell me about a time...' and we did some role-playing. Near the end, they told me I'd be a good fit and offered me the job. The last few minutes were spent explaining the next steps, like the background check and I-9. It was a good interview, and the questions weren't too hard. You should probably prepare for questions about mobile devices and have examples of great customer service ready.

I had one phone interview where they asked general questions about my past experiences. Then I had a second interview at the office. That included a company presentation, a Q&A session, and then another interview with the recruiter where they asked more specific questions.

I sent in my application for a lot of the remote jobs in my area through the company website. About a week later, I got an email to schedule my first phone interview. The person interviewing me was pretty laid back, but I made sure to treat it like a serious interview. They were super helpful. I skipped a second phone interview and went straight to the final interview with the hiring manager. This one was pretty straightforward. They asked me about my previous remote work experience and some questions related to tech support, which I found answers to online. If you don't know the answer to something, it's okay to say so, but make sure you also say you're eager to learn. Definitely use your best customer service voice and take this last interview seriously.
