Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Conduent.
Manager
The typical interview stages start with the intro and work your way up. The process is very slow. I suggest having a lot of examples and work experience. You can also negotiate the offer depending on experience.
- Tell me about your work background.
- Can you explain why you are looking to change careers?
- What are your expectations?
Senior Manager
The interview process started with an initial screening call, and then I had two separate interviews. It all happened really fast. They made sure to let me know what to expect at each stage. Everything went smoothly, and the interviewers were really professional. They made it feel more like a normal chat, which helped me relax.
- How do you keep yourself informed about current trends?
Case Manager
It was pretty chill, they asked me about my previous work and threw out some hypothetical questions, like if I ever ran into trouble doing BI for a patient. They also asked about my preference for working alone versus being closely supervised.
- Which insurance companies do you know?
- Have you ever had difficulties providing BI for a patient? Tell me about it.
- Describe your work style: do you prefer working independently or do you need micromanagement?
