Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Conduent.
Senior Analyst
We had two rounds, first with the Manager and then with the Senior Manager. The questions were of medium, almost easy, complexity. It's always important to be confident and cool, so the interview goes in a positive or correct direction.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
Analyst
The first question that the interviewer will ask you is "I really didn't get time to go through your resume, so can you please tell me something about yourself". My advice to that manager and the HR - if you really do not get time to go through a candidate's resume why you ask for it? A candidate spends almost entire of his day for the interview and this is quite frustrating for him to listen to these words from an interviewer. Mr. Manager if you would have attended the interviewing skills training you would have known that this is the basic rule of interview "Not to say this line" that "I didn't get time to go through your resume"
- Tell me about yourself.
- E-discovery questions.
Analyst
There are 4 rounds of interviews. The first round involves general questions and discussion about your previous organization. The second round is a question and answer test. The third round is for the asset manager, and the fourth round is a managerial round.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in Conduent?
