Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Conductor.
Sales Development Representative
The interview process was quick and straightforward. The team was really helpful and seemed to genuinely want to assist. They laid out the interview sequence clearly when asked. I didn't run into any major hiccups.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses for this role?
Sales Development Representative
It was a Zoom meeting and the interviewer asked scenario-based and logistical questions. It felt more involved than a typical phone screen, but not overly difficult. I thought it went okay, but not great, and I didn't advance to the next stage.
- Can you share an instance where you faced rejection?
Sales Development Representative
I had a Zoom call for this role. It was supposed to be 30 minutes but it was over in less than 10. The interviewer kept cutting me off and didn't seem to care about my answers at all. It was a really bad interview experience, and I don't get why companies interview like this if they're actually looking for people.
- What makes you interested in this position?
