I had a phone chat with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the manager. After that, it was an in-person interview with the manager and upper management, where I also had to do a demo class. They wanted me to instruct the hiring team on my area of expertise. Finally, I met with recruitment to talk about salary.

It was online via Microsoft Teams with the Program Director and Assistant Director. Standard interview questions were asked, maybe 5-6. It was very professional and welcoming. It took about 15 minutes and I got the job offer shortly after.

I had a phone interview that then led to a panel interview. Everything seemed positive after I was asked typical questions and was told I'd get a call back for a second interview, but I never did. I tried calling a few months later, and someone finally answered my question, and they decided to move on. Honestly, for a school, I would expect a more solution-oriented interview process with clear reasons why.
