First you'll chat with the recruiter, and if they think you're a good fit, you'll get moved up to talk to the hiring manager, and then the president. They'll ask about your skills, where you see yourself going, and about your personality, and then decide from there.

I had a phone call with a recruiter first, then an in-person meeting with the program director and an instructor. After that, I had a virtual interview where I had to answer about 12 essay-style questions with someone from HR. Then, there was an interview where I presented a topic I chose to a group of educators, and I also demonstrated my practical skills to the program director.

I had a phone chat with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the manager. After that, it was an in-person interview with the manager and upper management, where I also had to do a demo class. They wanted me to instruct the hiring team on my area of expertise. Finally, I met with recruitment to talk about salary.

I was told when to apply online by someone who knew the new Program Director. A few weeks later, I got a call from HR and they asked me some questions. They mentioned a background check and said they'd call back in a week or two. When I finally heard back, I was scheduled for the in-person interview with the Academic Dean and Program Director, and then I waited for that call. It took a couple of weeks overall.
