Behavioral Technical Case

First, I spoke with a recruiter who reviewed my resume, asked about my availability and salary expectations, and explained the hiring process. Then, I had online assessments to test speed and accuracy. Next was a 1-hour technical assessment with general questions about my college coursework and a case study asking to estimate the number of AMEX cards in the US. After that, there were two 2-hour technical assessments, back-to-back. These also involved reviewing my resume and projects, followed by 30-minute case studies for each. One case study was about optimizing profits for a ferry business, and the other was about marketing costs. I was shown a slideshow and an Excel sheet for these case studies. My main issue with the process was the recruiter's initial advice that the case studies weren't that important and I only needed to do well enough on one to get a chance, and that they were mainly for assessing soft skills and thinking ability. However, after the interviews, I was told that while I was a good culture fit, my case study performance wasn't strong enough, despite them being basic math and Excel tasks. I don't feel it was a fair evaluation of my skills.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied and then got a call from HR. After that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The final stage was a 3-hour panel interview where we went through some case studies. Two of the case studies, asked by two different people, seemed pretty standard, but the third one, asked by an associate, was super vague and it felt impossible to get a right answer. They took about a month to get back to me after the last interview. Seeing their office, which was pretty empty and bare, made it hard to feel hyped about the job, but maybe they're planning a big expansion.

Behavioral Technical Case Coding

First up was an initial phone chat with HR about my background. Then, there were two online tests, one with logic, math, and English vocab. After that, I interviewed with the risk management director for a case study. Finally, I had back-to-back interviews with two VPs where we talked about past experiences and some hypothetical situations. For project experience, they want all the details, like why I chose a certain method or made a specific decision.
