Risk Analyst
First, I spoke with a recruiter who reviewed my resume, asked about my availability and salary expectations, and explained the hiring process. Then, I had online assessments to test speed and accuracy. Next was a 1-hour technical assessment with general questions about my college coursework and a case study asking to estimate the number of AMEX cards in the US. After that, there were two 2-hour technical assessments, back-to-back. These also involved reviewing my resume and projects, followed by 30-minute case studies for each. One case study was about optimizing profits for a ferry business, and the other was about marketing costs. I was shown a slideshow and an Excel sheet for these case studies. My main issue with the process was the recruiter's initial advice that the case studies weren't that important and I only needed to do well enough on one to get a chance, and that they were mainly for assessing soft skills and thinking ability. However, after the interviews, I was told that while I was a good culture fit, my case study performance wasn't strong enough, despite them being basic math and Excel tasks. I don't feel it was a fair evaluation of my skills.

Risk Manager
Standard interview process. It had 4 rounds: First, an HR screen. Second, an interview with the Hiring Manager that included a case study. Third, an interview with another Function/Team Manager, also with a case study. Finally, an interview with a VP/Director, which also had a case study.
- Can you estimate the number of planes that land in the U.S. daily?
Graphic Designer
I got an email from an HR rep and then had a phone call with her. She was very nice and easy to talk to. My info and answers would then be sent to the marketing manager. I got an email a week later saying they were moving forward with a different candidate. No other info. I would have had about 4 more interviews if I had moved forward, which would have taken hours. The pay is pretty low for 5 years of experience in that location, but the benefits and structure seemed good.
- How do you handle negative feedback?
Product Owner
First round was an HR review to see if my skills and requirements matched. Second round was a behavioral/situational interview with the hiring manager. Third round was an online panel interview. The questions were situational/technical, but they were looking for behavioral answers using the STAR method. The HR person told me this in a follow-up call/email after I didn't get the offer, which was actually helpful feedback.
- When faced with multiple high-priority tasks, how do you decide what to tackle first?
