This interview process is a joke, basically just to see if you'd make a good telemarketer. They seem to avoid hiring real talent because they don't want to be challenged. It involves a typing test and shadowing someone who clearly hates their job. They try to sell it as managing large accounts, but it's really just an upgraded telemarketing role.
