First they screen resumes to find the best people. Then there's an initial chat, like a quick phone or video call to see if you basically qualify. If needed, they might give you a test to check your job skills. After that, you'll have some main interviews where you talk more deeply with the hiring manager or the team. The final interview is to see if you'd be a good fit for the company culture and our future plans. Lastly, they do a reference check and then make a job offer if everything looks good.

First up is an HR Round, where they'll ask for your info and check your communication skills. After that, you'll do an English communication and writing test. It's pretty basic, so if you type well and communicate clearly, it should be a breeze. Then come the technical interview rounds. They'll cover Networking, DNS, OSI Layer, Active Directory Forests, Domains, Trusts, DHCP process, and TCP 3-way handshake, among other things. You can ask HR for questionnaires or technical topics to help you prepare and understand each subject better. YouTube videos and online documentation are great resources. The key is to really understand the topics relevant to the job you're applying for, and to have good communication and customer handling skills.
