Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Concentrix.
Sales Leader
It all started with a screening call from Concentrix Hellas's recruiter Elisa Baxevani. She put me at ease from the start and gave a detailed description of the role, its nature, benefits, and some info about living in Greece since I was relocating. She set zero false expectations and did zero candidate manipulation. Elissavet provided an exceptional candidate journey, giving info about the project, preparation tips for the final interview, and promoting talented candidates to the ops dept to close hiring, ensuring satisfaction for both the business and candidates. She's great at building rapport and understanding the job market and individual talents, making the recruitment process smooth and stress-free. She's a true Concentrix Brand Ambassador.
- Was it expected to get promoted this quickly?
Sales
First, someone will look at your CV or application to see if you have the basic stuff. Make sure your CV shows off your sales or customer service skills and anything cool you've achieved. Then, you'll have a quick chat, maybe on the phone or video, with a recruiter or the hiring manager. They wanna know why you're applying and if you know a bit about the company and the sales advisor job. Be ready to say why you want it and why you'd be good. Talk clearly! Finally, you'll have a longer chat, either in person or online, with the hiring manager or some team members. This is where they dig into your sales skills (like handling grumpy customers or hitting targets), your customer service (going the extra mile), and how you work with others. They might also ask you hypothetical questions like how you'd try to sell more stuff. Use the STAR method for your answers and know what the company is all about.
- How do you think you can help our team grow?
Sales Assistant
This first interview, also called a pre-interview, is usually a one-on-one with the hiring manager. They'll ask about your qualifications, skills, work history, and experience to see if you'd fit with the company culture.
- Tell me about your qualifications, skills, work history, and relevant experience.
- Do you think you would be a good fit for the company culture?
