I was contacted by two people for a role. The HR part was a bit messy, maybe the coordinator was new or stressed. Communication with HR was bad over 10 days, but I focused on the manager and coworkers. The employees seemed chill but also a bit uncomfortable, and only one talked well about the job. I got a test analysis project and did it, and it was approved. Then there was silence for two weeks while I was super busy at my job. Finally, I had one more interview. The HR lady gave me no info except the interviewer's name. During the interview, we talked about stuff, and then it shifted to reviewing the project with deep questions. I tried to recall details from two weeks prior but couldn't. The director's non-verbal cues changed noticeably, making me uncomfortable. It ended soon after, and I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. I was approached a couple of years ago but didn't proceed. I hoped this experience would be better, but it wasn't. I was more qualified than the person running the division but was treated like an intern.

The interview process involved 3 interviews: a phone screen, a 1:1 meeting, and a panel interview. The HR and Ops manager rounds were both smooth, and I received an offer two weeks after the interviews. The whole process was seamless and standardized, with both behavioral and technical questions. The recruiters were very hands-on, communicative, transparent, and helpful, doing their best to provide resources and support for success.
