First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Concentrix.
Customer Support Representative
The interview process took a bit of time because they tried to get everything done in one day, but in the end, I was sent home without an offer. The first part was on-site and it was okay. Since this was my first job, I'm not sure what the standard is, but they asked the typical questions, and the interviewer used the information well, placing me in an account that matched my interests. The next interview was also pretty good; the team leader who interviewed me was nice and accommodating and supportive. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I guess it really depends on the interviewer.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward and organized. It started with an initial HR screening where they asked about my background, availability, and communication skills. After that, I completed a few assessments, mainly focused on English proficiency and basic customer service scenarios. The final interview was with a supervisor/manager and included situational questions about handling customers, stress, and problem-solving. Overall, the process was smooth, not overly difficult, and focused more on communication and attitude than technical skills.
- How would you handle an upset customer?
- How do you manage stress during calls?
Customer Service Representative
This was the worst interview experience ever. I was threatened and spoken to disrespectfully. The interviewer said I needed to be "committed" for the next stage because I would be "representing his name." He kept saying my answers were not good enough, but then said I "had to be good" because I'd be representing him. It was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. Instead of just not moving a candidate forward, they used intimidation. The HR team was also unprofessional, sending constant messages and calling my personal phone late at night and during work hours about a take-home test. The test was supposed to be due in four days, but they started messaging me on WhatsApp just 30 minutes after sending it. Overall, it was a very strange, unprofessional, and disrespectful hiring process. The behavior of everyone involved was concerning, so I'd advise others to be careful when dealing with this company.
- What is your greatest weakness?
