Advisor

- Can you share an example of a tough customer service situation you managed?
- What's a significant challenge you encountered in your past job and how did you deal with it?

So, you get to the place, and the guard greets you. Then you gotta sign up for a Workday account, which needs your personal email. After that, you just wait to be called for the first interview. If you pass that, they send you for an assessment. If you ace the assessment, you go straight to the final interview, and then they give you the job offer. - Can you describe your previous work experiences?
Advisor
The interview process was straightforward. There were a few rounds including HR and Ops, but it was generally easy. They asked basic questions like an introduction, details about your work experience, reasons for leaving your previous job, why you're a good fit for the role, and some situational questions.
- Could you elaborate on your work experience?
- Tell me about yourself.
- What motivated your departure from your previous role?
