Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Concentrix.
Technical Support Specialist
The Concentrix application process starts with submitting your resume and filling out some info online. The first interview is to check your communication skills, customer service background, and how you'd handle typical situations. Then, you might have some tests to assess your aptitude, language skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you do well on those, you'll have a final interview to see if you're a good fit for the role and the company's values. They do all this to see if you've got the skills and are ready to go.
- Can you tell me how long it takes to get to our office from where you live?
Technical Support Specialist
The interview process was pretty easy and went well. They asked the typical interview questions, like asking about my previous/current job duties to see how they align with the role. It would have been better if they hadn't mentioned the possibility of getting the job, especially since they are considering other candidates.
- Can you tell me about your past work experiences?
