Had a good interview with the company recruiter, it was straightforward, friendly, and quick. The phone interview with the manager was tough because they both used the SAR method (Situation, Action, Results). It's crucial to know your numbers and metrics inside and out. If you can't explain them, you won't move forward. Make sure you're ready to discuss metrics from your past roles that are important to them.

A recruiter from ConAgra reached out via LinkedIn about an open Field Manager Category Leadership role, thinking I'd be a good fit. After my info went to the hiring manager, I had a phone interview with them. This was followed by a full day of interviews: an hour with the hiring manager, two Sales Directors, and the VP of Sales for the region. Then, I had a phone interview with a Marketing VP, who is the hiring manager's boss. The whole thing took a while but was a really good experience; I enjoyed talking with everyone.

Be careful when working for this company, ConAgra is split into multiple divisions, each division has its own work environment. Some are very difficult workloads and some reasonable workloads.
