I had issues with the online application, so I used the contact form to get it fixed before I could apply. Then, I had a phone screen with both HR and management within two days. The next week, I had an on-site interview which included a tour and meetings with four other people. I was told I'd hear back by the end of that week, but I didn't, even after following up. About a week after the interview, I found out I wasn't selected. It felt like they weren't sure what they were looking for in this role, and the job description didn't really mention the weekend and holiday availability required, which the HR rep did explain during the phone screen.

I applied online and went through a few calls with different people. Then I had a call with the hiring manager. They flew me out for an on-site interview, covering my flights, hotel, and rental car. During the on-site, I met with about five different people throughout the day who took turns interviewing me. They even set up a realtor to show me around town. After that, I waited a couple of months to hear back before getting an offer.
