The interview process started with a phone call, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The manager was 15 minutes late for our scheduled 30-minute meeting. She began by asking me to review my resume and present the highlights and failures. I didn't like that part of the experience. I was also informed that I would be expected to work until 8 pm at night.

This was a super frustrating interview experience. I got contacted with less than 24 hours notice for an initial HR phone screen. The recruiter sounded passive aggressive and mentioned they were looking for specific industry experience (which I don't have, so why reach out?), wouldn't tell me the brands, and then asked if I'd be interested in a lower-level position. It was a bad experience and made me think less of the company. I found out weeks later via email that I wasn't moving forward.

Got contacted on LinkedIn. Had a quick phone screen with an HR recruiter, then a more in-depth phone chat with the HR manager a couple days later. About two weeks after that, I was invited in for face-to-face interviews. I went through 6 interviews with different people, most in person, but a couple were over the phone. Heard back with an offer a little over a week after the interviews.
