It was a pretty typical interview process. It started with a screening call with HR, then I had a meeting with the hiring manager, and the last part was a panel interview. Nothing really out of the ordinary.

It was pretty organized. They had a panel that asked some questions multiple times. I had an initial phone call, then two video calls. The video calls had multiple 1:1 interviews, each about 10-20 minutes long. The questions were pretty standard.

It was a very short process with only two interviews. Honestly, a four year degree wasn't strictly required, which they mentioned in the job description. Since I have a degree, they hired me, which was a smart move. The interview wasn't difficult at all. For future reference, I'd aim for a higher-level role; if they like you, they'll often find a way to fit you in elsewhere, you never know.
