First, an HR person will call you to do a prescreening. This is your chance to make sure the pay, hours, and location work for you. After that, you'll have an initial interview with the hiring manager. They'll ask questions to see if you're a good fit for the team and if you have the basic skills and knowledge needed for the job.

Behavioral

On-campus recruiting, had a brief 20-30 minute resume run-down and questions about the position. Was told by the interviewer that they'd get back in early March, had zero feedback. Understand it's normal to not hear back from interviews, but the interviewer gave the impression that we would hear back if we moved on or not so we were waiting for a long time until now.

Behavioral Case

First, there was an on campus interview with an HR person. It was super casual and relaxed, mostly behavioral questions about my past jobs and school, focusing on data analysis experience. Then, I went to the office for the on-site interview, where I met with three people. They were all nice and professional, and the interview was more case-based rather than purely behavioral.
