I got an offer, but I declined it because I got a better offer elsewhere, and this job also had a 3-year bond. It's been about a year, so I might not remember everything perfectly. The process involved doing some assignments where I had to create dynamic web pages using JavaScript, like changing paragraphs and similar things. After passing those assignments, I had to work on a SQL CLI application interface that could store, retrieve, delete data, and so on. I ended up doing this in sqlite with python.

Applied through chetanas forum website. The interview process had four rounds. The HR round was not an elimination round. First was an Aptitude & Technical Written Test with 40 aptitude questions and 30 technical questions covering basic HTML, OOP, and Database concepts. The aptitude questions were basic, but the reasoning part was tough. Second, there was a Group Discussion. Third, a Technical Round (face to face). Lastly, an HR round, which was a discussion about family background.
