First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Computer Software & Solutions International.
Software Engineer
I got an offer, but I declined it because I got a better offer elsewhere, and this job also had a 3-year bond. It's been about a year, so I might not remember everything perfectly. The process involved doing some assignments where I had to create dynamic web pages using JavaScript, like changing paragraphs and similar things. After passing those assignments, I had to work on a SQL CLI application interface that could store, retrieve, delete data, and so on. I ended up doing this in sqlite with python.
- Assignments were given, covering web frontend pages and SQL handling.
- Web frontend pages and SQL handling were part of the assignments.
Business Analyst
The communication from the company was great initially, with timely follow-ups and clear details about who would be interviewing me. However, the worst part was the silence after all the interview rounds were completed. I didn't hear anything for 40 days. I had to reach out to the company myself to get any information, but nobody seemed to have any record of my interviews. It was really disappointing, especially for an international company that seems to interview candidates just for the sake of it. Even if they offered me the job, I wouldn't have accepted it.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Software Project Manager
Had initial contact with the HR recruiter, it was a professional experience. Recieved emails asking for more background info and made follow up calls to set up the interview with the hiring manager and confirm the date and time.
