I applied through Handshake and got a response really fast through email. They only do in person 3-4 hour interviews. I talked to around 3-4 people and at the end there was a written test that took an hour. It seems like they want people who are highly skilled and are not flexible with those who may need to learn on the role (for example, a particular language).

The interview process wasn't overly difficult, nor was it simple. You'll be interviewed by department leaders. Finally, there's a computer science paper test that needs to be completed within a 1-2 hour timeframe, though I'm not entirely sure about the exact duration.
