It was an HR and technical interview, mostly about basic computer hardware. It was a typical interview, then salary discussion (I didn't negotiate then because I really needed the job, I just agreed). It's been a while, so I don't recall much.

The company is pretty good overall, with a decent work environment. There are chances to grow, but sometimes things move slow or aren't clear. Management is supportive, but communication could be better sometimes. Work-life balance is usually respected, and the team is friendly. However, sometimes there are issues with how efficient things are or how resources are used. It's a good place to work if you want stability, but they could improve how they do things.

I went to a job fair at the Dunwoody location and got an interview with someone who did a basic screening. They looked at my resume and application and asked about my availability. Then I had an interview with a technical person to see if I could troubleshoot things. The last interview was with HR to make sure I could do the initial training. The technical interview questions depended on what the technical rep thought were important.
