I got a lot of help from HR throughout the process. It started with a phone interview with the recruiting team. Then, I talked to the hiring manager, and after that, I had a video interview. Once those steps were done, I had a meeting with a VP from the department. They made it clear they were planning to make an offer and let me have a chat with some peers to help me decide.

The interview process was quick, painless, accommodating, and informative. There was a good balance of questions from interviewers and opportunity for me to ask questions. The interview process really reflects the company culture- open communication and respect. It felt more like conversations than interviews. It included a phone screen with HR, a personality and IQ test, a phone screen with the manager, and an onsite interview with the VP and HR at corporate HQ.

We started with an initial HR/Recruiter phone screen, then had 4 more phone interviews, and finally an in-person interview. Throughout the process, I talked with the hiring manager, VP of Sales, HR Manager, and the President of the CATI, in addition to the initial HR/Recruiter contact.
