First, a recruiter call, then a call with a (senior) employee, followed by two onsite interviews. In the first interview, it was only the department head, and in the second interview, also the (senior) developer from the phone call. We briefly went through the CV each time and they talked a bit about the open position and the company.

I had two interviews with CompuGroup. The first was online and only 25 minutes long, but it was professional. Following that, a second interview was scheduled, this time in person with the Hiring Manager. It lasted almost an hour and focused more on strategic fit and previous experience. Both interviews went well, in my opinion.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring process had 3 rounds of interviews: first with HR, then with the department, and finally with the CEO. The interviews were professional, pleasant, and insightful. After the last interview, I was verbally assured of a job offer. Unfortunately, despite asking multiple times, the written offer never came. I kept getting put off, with the explanation that the CEO only allocates one hour per week for signing contracts. The whole experience ended up being very disappointing and seemed a bit unclear.
