So, I had four interviews with HR, the manager, the whole team, and then the director. They also had me do a project presentation. This all took place over four weeks. But then, at the end, they told me they didn't actually have any projects going on and were just looking to recruit. Honestly, don't bother with them.

I had a quick phone chat with the Senior Talent Acquisition HR at Compugen, who was really nice and made me feel comfortable. The conversation was mainly about my past experience and what I knew about Compugen. I later learned they hired someone else really fast, which seemed to be more in line with what the project lead wanted. Overall, I liked the HR person, but the hiring decision seemed pretty quick.
