Talent Acquisition Specialist
Really bad experience. She cancelled our zoom interview 2 hours beforehand. After I sent over times for a new date, she didn't reply for about 2 weeks. We finally set a new time for 1pm (which she confirmed) but sent me a zoom for 12pm, even though that wasn't what we agreed on. Overall, it was super unprofessional. She was in sweats for our zoom interview, didn't ask me anything about my background or history, and the whole thing was just odd. Her dogs kept coming in and she was yelling at them to leave. Unprofessional. Also, the pay range was awful, $30k less than I make now.

Recruiter
I had a phone interview and then an in-person one. There was also a personality and cognitive functioning test that lasted about 30 minutes. It was pretty straightforward but did require some thinking. The recruiter was really friendly and easy to chat with, and so was the team.

Director of Talent Acquisition
I applied for the Director of TA role back in March and didn't hear anything for a while, so I assumed I wasn't moving forward. Then, in May, the VP of HR reached out, seeming surprised I'd even applied. We had an intro call that day, which got rescheduled briefly, and I was told I'd proceed to a cognitive assessment. I completed that online assessment on May 25th, but again, heard nothing back by May 27th. At that point, I decided to withdraw from the process. It's a shame because the role sounded really interesting and I have over 12 years of TA experience. However, the way they handled the hiring process made me hesitant, especially when comparing them to other companies that are clearly on top of their recruitment efforts.
