They interviewed me and then told me I had to take an exam. I took the exam and got my results and I know I did well. After that, they completely went ghost. I called the recruiter to try and get some context but she never responded to me a single time. Very unprofessional. A couple of my friends applied and they have been told the same thing.

The first step was an email to schedule a phone interview. After that, an in-person interview was arranged. Before the in-person interview, there was a Wonderlic test, which was only 12 minutes long (very difficult, I thought). Then came the interview itself. I think this job is best for someone just out of college, especially because of the test. I've been out of school for a while, so the test was tough for me, even with my 10+ years of customer service experience in call centers. The interview was 30 minutes, followed by a 10-minute tour of the facility.

The interview process was really smooth. It started with an initial screen call and then there was one in-person interview. The person I spoke with was super positive and easy to chat with. They really emphasized how important the company is and the benefits of working somewhere where you're helping people every day.
