It was a tedious, long, drawn out, and untimely interview process. There were 5 interviews with 5 different people, and they didn't communicate with each other at all. Some interviews were in person, and some were virtual with people from all over the country. The HR rep was great, but the interviewers weren't.

It was a panel interview with VPs, Regional VPs, and the HR VP. We worked through a lot of math problems and staffing issues, lots of problem solving. It was pretty intense. I also had to give a presentation on why I'm the right fit for the job. They asked a lot of questions and graded all my answers.
