Applied for the role online and got a call from the recruiter pretty fast. The first interview was with the hiring manager, and the questions were pretty standard. A week later, another recruiter called to set up the second round, but then the first recruiter called back saying they had to cancel it because they found someone who could start right away. The crazy part is the hiring manager posted again not long after that saying they were still looking.
