I got an email saying I didn't get the job. They didn't give me any feedback though. I think they should at least tell people who showed up for an interview and talked about their good and bad points in person why they weren't chosen. The whole thing felt really unprofessional.

I applied online and it was very simple. The next week, I was invited for an interview with very friendly staff. The interview was conducted by a two-person panel of managers. It included a casual chat, a short written questionnaire, and some more formal questions. After that, we had a tour around the home and I had the chance to ask questions.

After submitting your application online, it gets reviewed and sent to the hiring manager for an interview. This interview is meant to be very thorough, honest, and informative. You'll need to wait for a DBS check before we can bring you on board. It's pretty refreshing because a staff member and a service user are involved in the interview process.
