- A very nice easy experience
Administrative Assistant
The interview was for a Remote Administrative Assistant position and took place online via Google Hangouts. It was not a video interview, just a text chat. The hiring manager said they would show my answers to superiors and get back in 30 minutes, and then they told me I got the position. They offered to send a check for office equipment and a starting bonus. The offer email was supposedly from Ronald Shafer, but the name was misspelled. I called the company's main office, and the receptionist confirmed it was a scam. The company does not have remote Administrative Assistant positions. They also said I applied on Indeed, but I have no record of applying to them.
- What can you bring to the company?
Administrative Assistant
I was an existing employee and applied internally. HR sent my application to the hiring manager, who then contacted me to set up an interview. I interviewed a couple of days after the call and received an offer on Monday.
- How effectively can you prioritize tasks?
- What are your career aspirations for this role?
