Intern

- Were the internship parameters discussed to ensure a good match?
Intern
It was quick and easy. First, I chatted with the Talent Acquisition manager for a quick phone screen. Then, the hiring manager called me for a casual phone chat. After that, I met the hiring manager in person for a one-on-one meeting. The last interview was a group thing with the whole team.
- What makes you want to join our company?
Intern
The interview process is thorough, yet honest. I really appreciated how much they genuinely care about who they are hiring, particularly for interns. I have always been told that interns are replaceable, but at Community they made us each feel valued and listened to during our interview.
- How do you plan to use this experience in your future?
