Community Manager
HR was really good about setting up interviews and keeping in touch. However, it's been 2 weeks since I last heard from them, and I haven't received any updates even though they said they'd get back to me within a week. After the second interview, they asked me to do an Excel and writing assessment. In total, there were 3 interviews: an initial screening with HR, a panel interview with two leaders, and a final interview with the development leader.
- What's your approach to dealing with challenging clients or homeowners?
Community Manager
The interview process went really well. I started with HR, and then I met with Senior Management. They were all great and answered my questions, and their positive attitude made me really want to join CAMS.
- How do you manage your time?
Community Manager
There were 2 interviews, and the questions were pretty straightforward and not too long. The whole hiring process took about two weeks. It wasn't a super tough process compared to others. Both interviews were done over Zoom and different managers were there.
