The interview process was pretty quick. I talked to the company recruiter, then the department managers, and finally the board leader for the department. Each chat was about 20 to 40 minutes. The questions weren't too tough and were a bit about personality.

HR was really good about setting up interviews and keeping in touch. However, it's been 2 weeks since I last heard from them, and I haven't received any updates even though they said they'd get back to me within a week. After the second interview, they asked me to do an Excel and writing assessment. In total, there were 3 interviews: an initial screening with HR, a panel interview with two leaders, and a final interview with the development leader.

I had an in person interview with the CFO and the Organization and Career Development Coordinator. We talked through my resume and qualifications and why I thought I'd be a good fit for the role and the company. They seem to value potential over just what someone's current position is.
