Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CommuniCare Health Services.
Registered Nurse
Applied on Indeed and my resume was reviewed. The recruiter contacted me to set up an interview. We talked about my work history, skills, and whether I was interested in the job. They gave me a basic rundown of what the job entails. Then the recruiter asked if I had any questions.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Registered Nurse
First I had a recruiter screen, then I spoke with the clinical manager. It was a simple and clear process, and everyone was really nice. They asked about my resume and what I'm qualified for. Nothing unexpected, just a typical interview.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Registered Nurse
It was with two people, a nurse and HR. Felt like I interrupted them. They kept looking at each other and had long pauses. After they emailed and we played phone tag for over a month, I thought it would be a good interview and I'd get hired. Never heard back. It was strange, and I left feeling a bit upset and confused.
- What's your approach to managing an upset family member?
- In situations with difficult family members, how would you respond?
- Describe how you'd manage conflicts that arise with your colleagues.
